Meet the Author!

I am Sarah Elizabeth Fleurestil. I am a lover of Jesus, people, healthcare, and sports. I am Haitian-American and a proud South Floridian. I am soon to be a two-time University of Central Florida alumna and a University of Miami alumna. I have a B.S. in Psychology, a Master of Science in Education degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, and am completing my second Master of Science in Executive Healthcare Administration. I am also working on a Modern Journalism certificate through New York University.

I am a registered marriage and family therapist, extending love and support to the teenagers and families of South Florida one therapy session at a time. I have a passion for sports that you will see on this website. I credit that to my late father, who passed away on April 1, 2024. I have completely changed as a person since his sudden passing, and my heart’s desire is that you catch a glimpse of Jesus first, and second, the legacy I carry as the daughter of my wonderful papa, Luc Andre Fleurestil.

My goal on this website is simple: I hope this serves as a catalyst for change in the depths of your being. My hope is to invite you into a space in which you can feel both challenged and encouraged. I want to be a contributing and ultimately a leading voice in health and sports entertainment coverage, with the hope of expanding mental, emotional, and social wealth for you. My hope is that you create and re-create healthy interpersonal and intrapersonal habits, wellness patterns, habitual self-check-ins, and crystallized goals fit for the life you are called to. Your health and subsequent wealth are not just for you, but for your family and your various spheres of influence.
